How to Book your Stall

Step one – click the button below and read our terms and conditions carefully.

Step two – If you believe your stall is consistent with our terms and conditions, click the button below and complete the application form.

Step three – If your application is successful, you will be emailed a link to book your stall.

Step four – Follow the link in the email. Choose your preferred location from the plan (note final allocation of sites is at the discretion of the market co-ordinator). If you cannot select a certain site, that is because it is already booked. Here’s a sneak peek at the plans you will choose from.

Step five – pay with a credit or debit card. Hooray! You’re joining Raglan Creative Market. Make sure you read your booking confirmation carefully for arrival time and scroll down for further housekeeping notes.

Please note – stallholders who have been part of the market in the past 6 months should have received an email with booking link already – check your spam folder and let us know if you can’t find anything.

Market Day Housekeeping

  • Vehicles must be removed from the market space by 8.45am latest. Make sure you are here at the time allocated to unload, this depends on where your stall will be. Times are listed in booking confirmation email.
  • The market runs from 9am to 1pm.
  • Access to the building is available from 7.30am.
  • You will be advised in your booking confirmation email of the arrival time that best suits your site. Arrival time depends on where your stall is situated.
  • Stallholders must not park their vehicles on Stewart St. You canpark directly outside the market area (Stewart St) when you are dropping off (and when you are packing down). Stewart St parking must be available to your customers once the market opens at 9am.
  • Ensure you have a float to give change (the nearest ATM is 5 mins walk away).
  • Stall holders must stay onsite until 1pm.
  • For safety reasons, no vehicles may enter into the cemented area before 1pm.
  • Stallholders are responsible to leave their spaces tidy, return tables, chairs and take any of their own waste and recycle away; if there is any damage, stallholders must let the market organiser know before leaving.
  • Please practice our Zero Waste policy.
